Arabian Nights {finished quilt}

I have just checked in the morning, when was it that I wrote the first post about this quilt. It was exactly 365 days ago, when the quilt plan was made. Wow! That’s really a long time…

Wow! To naprawde dawno temu…

Those 365 days were divided into intensive working periods and long off periods when I was sewing something else. This process of starting new projects all the time and then jumping from one to another without seeing much progress in any is not really motivating me any longer. Yes, it’s nice to have different options on hand, but too many options can be overwhelming. That’s why I started to change my approach and try to finish one thing before I start 3 new ones. That’s why Arabian Nights in Teal is finally finished.

Dlatego zmieniam taktyke i staram sie skonczyc jedna rzecz, zanim zaczne 3 nowe. Dlatego tez ten quilt jest w koncu ukonczony.

  1. Beautiful quilt! It’s a very striking pattern. I tend to feel compelled to finish my quilts, or at least get them to binding stage, before I am able to work on another one. Somehow I still sometimes end up with a few WIPs, and when I do, they can sit for years! Grats on a getting this one finished.
